Kitchen Diner and downstairs loo
I honestly couldn’t recommend these guys enough. We were first time buyers. With no experience of tradesmen. We also weren’t from the area we bought a house, so didn’t have the luxury of word of mouth.

We met Anthony and Richie and felt at ease. When quoted we were happy straight away and work began asap. Throughout the 3 months they worked on our house it was fast, efficient and enjoyable to have them here. All work delivered on time and Communication excellent.

Once all completed, was sad to see them go. It was such a challenging time, they were just who we needed. Will 100% use again!

Replace Loft Windows
Always arrived punctually. If problems arose they would discuss it with us and explain how it would be resolved. Respected my property and always left it clean. Did a really good job and we have no reason not to recommend them to others

Internal wall removal
From start to finish Ant was really helpful and great at keeping me informed as to where we were up to and when work would start etc. Ant and Richie are super professional and made us feel extremely comfortable having them in our home.

They made sure to leave it spotless every day even with such a dusty job. They have done a great job and did it quicker than we expected. Thanks Dynamic!!

Kitchen/diner wall
We reached out to Dynamic as we needed the kitchen wall removing to create an open plan kitchen and diner. Richie and his team helped us take care of everything from ordering the large steel beam to getting rid of the brick wall and then making good of the new opening. This is the first large job we have done on the house and as novices would recommend them to anyone who may find the idea of taking a wall out a bit daunting! Thanks, we will see you when the next stage starts 🙂

Internal wall and chimney removal
Anthony is a very knowledgeable tradesperson. He has a quality team of people to call in for electrics and gas etc to sort your job. He came initially to remove a wall to open up dining living space and remove chimney breast from front room which is to become a front bedroom.

My wife and I feel that he is extremely competent and trustworthy as we do not currently live in the property but has been letting himself and his team in to complete the work. We also feel that he is very sympathetic to any financial constraints you may have. Jobs explained before starting. All in all highly recommended.

Cladding
Anthony and his workmate turned up to replace the cladding between our ground floor and first floor window. Water had managed to gain ingress and had damaged the membrane and wood.

The guys replaced the damaged wood and membrane, plus placed insulation in the space between the cladding and the inner wall as there wasn't any there. Although the job took longer, the guys stayed until the additional work was all done. Great thorough job guys.

Repairs to window sill and plaster board wall on a window dividing two rooms
The guys were unable to make the initial date and time as they needed to finish their previous job to a high standard. On arrival they came in to inspect the job in person they had quoted on from photos, putting shoe covers on to walk through the house.

Anthony and Richard were polite, pleasant and courteous. They modified what they planned to do to reduce the mess and disruption that would be caused. The job was done quickly and efficiently and looks, to a non expert, to be a high quality.

Ground Level Extension
very smooth process from start to finish. The team was more than happy to visit site and give a full detailed quote which not only put our mind at ease, but also helped to point out a few changes which would save on the cost on the overall build.

The extension looks fantastic and several people have commented on the high quality of the overall finish - including my sister who has instructed them to do hers! Thanks for all the hard work and delivering what was promised. Mark & Emma
